Let's Organize a Fundraiser Together!
Great Ways Your Church Group or Civic Organization Can Help Our Children
Whether its a community garage sale, spaghetti dinner, golf tournament, car wash or bake sale, your church or civic group can help make a REAL difference for the children at Barium Springs!
"Furnish a Classroom" Program
Your group can help furnish a classroom in our new Early Childcare Center. Your funding will provide much needed shelving, tables, chairs, toys, materials, and staff resources (For gifts of $2,500 or above, a brass plaque with the name of your group will be displayed in a classroom).
"Sponsor a Ride to School" Program
With your funding help, we'd like to provide transportation to our preschool program for "at risk" four-year olds. These "at risk" children are often from low income families that cannot afford transportation to school. Your sponsorship will help us provide a car seat and a ride to school (Suggested commitment: $750 to sponsor a child for the school year.)
"Feed a Child" Program
For many of the children in our school programs, the meal they recieve at Barium Springs is the one nutritious meal they are guaranteed each day. Help us provide meals to children throughout the year. (Suggested commitment: $1,000 to feed a child for the school year.)
Supplies Collection
If your group would rather collect and drop off donation items, we need school supplies, toiletry items and other day-to-day essentials. Our needs list is available, click here.
