About the Program
Post adoption services are available to all families who have adopted children. The goal of the post adoption support services program is to help families find parenting solutions that work or to help them find quality services in their local community. Barium Springs is committed to providing families and children with the best support services possible in order to ensure happy and successful adoptions. Post adoption support services are home and community-based and provide the following:
- Help with Crisis Management
- Family & Community Education
- Adoption Information & Referral System
- Family Support & Counseling
- Peer Support & Groups
- In-Home Parent Coaching
Criteria for Referral
Our post adoption services are offered to adoptive agencies, adoptive service providers and post adoptive families at no cost to all involved.
