Now, Jayden is very close to being adopted. Without Barium Springs Home for Children, who knows how many more foster homes Jayden would have been placed in. Barium Springs is working with Jayden and his adoptive parents to make sure this will be his "forever" home.

Troutman Sports & Spirits and Fox Den Country Club proudly present the “Birdies for Barium” golf tournament. All proceeds will benefit Barium Springs Home for Children.
Format:
4 Person Captain’s Choice
All contestants play white tees, age 60 & over play green tees, women play red tees
Tournament Itinerary:
Friday November 5, 2010—Shotgun Start at 12 pm
· Registration and Range Opens at 11 am
· Complimentary adult drinks throughout the tournament
· Post Round Italian Dinner featuring Spaghetti & Meatball Entrée, Garden Salad and Garlic Bread
Fees:
Participant Fees—$55 per player
Includes:
· One round of golf with cart
· Complimentary adult beverage
· Friday Night Italian Dinner
Sponsor Packages:
· Bronze Package: $100 includes one tee sign (purchase as many as you wish)
· Silver Package: $150 hole flag sponsorship (limited to first 18)
· Gold Package: $300 includes tee sponsorship and one ream entry into tournament
· Platinum Package: $350 includes flag sponsorship and foursome
Tournament entry deadline is October 27, 2010. Turn tournament entries into either Troutman’s Sports and Spirits or Fox Den Country Club. Make all checks payable to Fox Den Country Club.
