He was a medically fragile one-year old diagnosed with cerebral palsy. On his birth certificate under his father's name it simply said, "Name Refused." Some companies will match gifts made by employees, allowing you to increase your gift to help the children and families of North Carolina. To find out if your employer has a Matching Gifts Program, contact your personnel department.
If you know that they do provide this wonderful service to the community, your company will have a form that you can fill out and attached to your gift when you mail it into Barium Springs. If you have any questions about the Matching Gift process, contact our Contributions Coordinator by calling 1-800-320-4157, ext. 207 or by email.
